Nearank (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides social media automation software. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, business name, timezone and password when you register.
- Connected platform data: with your consent, we receive tokens and content from Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile so we can fetch reels, stories, photos, reviews and questions on your behalf.
- Generated content: drafts, captions, replies and media assets created or approved through Nearank.
- Usage and log data: automation runs, approval actions, errors, IP address, browser type and pages visited.
- Billing information: payment history and subscription status (sensitive card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers).
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and improve the Nearank service.
- To run automations, generate drafts and publish content you approve.
- To send in-app notifications, trial reminders and optional email digests.
- To calculate affiliate commissions and process payouts.
- To detect abuse, fix errors and secure the platform.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase for authentication, database and storage.
- Payment processor (e.g. Stripe or Paddle) for billing.
- Meta, Google and TikTok APIs to move content between platforms at your direction.
4. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personally identifying information within 30 days and anonymise usage logs for analytics. Published content already delivered to third-party platforms is governed by those platforms’ retention policies.
5. Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. You may also contact us to access, correct or restrict processing of your personal information.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children
Nearank is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
